1. Return Eligibility

At Uniqueougenuineo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition with original packaging and receipt.

2. Items Eligible for Return

The following items may be returned:

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received due to our error

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Workshop registrations (subject to cancellation policy)
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original receipt or proof of purchase

4. Return Process

To return an item:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Return the item to our store at 1023 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1A9, Canada
  4. Include the original receipt and ensure the item is in original condition

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product of equal value, subject to availability. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Workshop Cancellations

Workshop registrations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are not eligible for refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under British Columbia and Canadian consumer protection laws.
